It may be December, but in many ways our school year is just leaping off. Here at the Student Help Desk we are relaunching our new and improved website and wanted to introduce ourselves to you! Over the course of the year students will create blog posts about themselves and the work, but for now we wanted to formally introduce what the Student Help Desk is. 

The Student Help Desk is a group of student interns and staff members who assist the Albany community with various technology needs. Some of our recent projects have included helping teachers with the shift from SMART Technology to Promethean Panels, running an Hour of Code event, and responding to various software/hardware complaints. In the virtual world, we are helping the district understand the student perspective on Google Suite and SchoolTool.
